Dr. Marlis J Zinermon

Marlis J. "Curry" Zinermon, M.D., transitioned on May 31, 2024.  A Hillsborough County, Florida native, Marlis grew to adulthood in Tallahassee, Florida, and was a graduate of Fisk University and Meharry Medical College.  Dr. Zinermon lived and served others in the mental health & wellness profession in Tennessee, Louisiana, Washington, D.C., and Florida.

Marlis retired to the Plant City/Bealsville, Florida area, where he continued to help & care for people in many ways.  He also enjoyed crafting, gardening & planting, and caring for animals.  Marlis is survived & still loved by aunts, siblings, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, Bealsville Community members, and many lifelong and new friends.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at the Charlow Funeral Home Chapel, 1010 East Laura Street, Plant City, Florida.
