Adrienne Denise Young was born in Plant City, Florida, at South Florida Baptist Hospital, to the late Ernest Young, Sr. and Johnnie Ruth Young, on January 24, 1966. Known as "Niecy", Adrienne attended Lakeland Senior High School. She was a loving and caring mother. Her life of compassionate service was extended beyond her household as she served as the caregiver for her grandmother and her son.
She was employed at Dart Containers in Plant City, Florida for 12 years. She was a strong and protective mother, who was big on respect. She was softspoken, even if she was angry. She loved old school music and jazz. Niecy would normally cook every day of the week.
Adrienne put her heart into helping take care of her grandmother, Mary Walker. She was very patient, but she said what she meant and meant what she said, respectfully. Niecy had a passion for helping maintain and decorate the graves of loved ones. She would normally do this on holidays. As a child, Niecy would take a lot of trips with her siblings, they always had so much fun. She had a special Aunt, Linda Hobdy, that she could always confide in.
